Orders placed with the “Local Delivery Bakersfield” option at checkout will be delivered within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Deliveries are made to the address provided during checkout. Please ensure accuracy to avoid delays.
All OFF LABEL compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders, making them shelf-stable and temperature-safe during shipping.
Because of this, cold-packing is not required.
We recommend storing compounds in a cool, dry place upon receipt.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

If your order arrives damaged, please email info@offlabelwellness.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos and your order number.

OFF LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier. Please confirm your delivery address is secure before checkout.
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has shipped.
However, we will gladly replace items damaged in transit. Your satisfaction (and your research) matter to us.
