All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our California facility.
How long does shipping take?

Do products need to be cold-packed?
No cold-pack is required. All OFF LABEL compounds are delivered as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders, which are shelf-stable at room temperature until reconstituted for research purposes.
What does “for research use only” mean?
It means products are intended for laboratory, scientific, or educational research — not for human or animal use.
Can OFF LABEL advise me on dosing or protocols?
No. We cannot provide guidance related to human use, dosing, or reconstitution for any compound.
Do you offer Certificates of Analysis (COAs)?
Yes. Each batch has a corresponding COA confirming purity and identity. Researchers may request COAs for any compound by contacting support.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If something doesn’t look right, contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.
Can I return or exchange products?
Due to the nature of research compounds, all sales are final. However, we’ll always replace items damaged during transit.
